Leo Birdelli is a bird art collector featured in Sesame Street episode 3611. Birdelli offered Big Bird one-hundred bags of birdseed in exchange for his picture of Mr. Hooper. Big Bird refused, explaining that it was hard enough saying good-bye to Mr. Hooper once, and couldn't say goodbye again.

The bird puppet used was previously seen as a member of the Board of Birds in Follow that Bird and resurfaced in Sesame Street Jam. In these previous performances he was respectively performed by Martin P. Robinson and Jim Kroupa.
