Lash Holstein was a cow space hero who starred in the sci-fi serial "Lash Holstein: Space Cowdet" on Muppets Tonight in episode 202.

The character's name is a spoof of Flash Gordon, as portrayed in the 1930s serial, though his cowboy costume and laconic manner bear a closer resemblance to Gene Autry in the 1935 serial The Phantom Empire.
