La donna è mobile is from the opera Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi.
The song was used on Sesamstrasse in episode 2378, where it was sung by Quarks in several languages including Italian, dog, sheep, cow and cat.
In Elmo's World: Singing, Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle makes various animal noises before lip-synching the aria.
The aria was also sung by Dr. Strangepork and a pig chorus in "Pigoletto" in episode 409 of The Muppet Show.
