"La Marseillaise" is a French song written by Claude Joseph Rouget de Lisle in 1792 during the French Revolution. It was later adopted as the national anthem of France in 1795.

The song is used, among others, in Sam the Eagle's "Salute to All Nations, But Mostly America" in Muppet*Vision 3D.

Miss Nanny briefly hums the tune to herself in the Muppet Babies episode "Animal Fly Airplane."
