Kupukeji is a baby worm from Takalani Sesame, the South African co-production of Sesame Street. Kupukeji is the pet of Moshe, the giant yellow meerkat.

Kupukeji is a bright green baby worm that does not talk at all. Zikwe found Kupukeji one day while working on his taxi and grew unexpectedly fond of the little creature. He soon offered the pet to Moshe who was more gentle and caring. Moshe accepted the role of caregiver and set the worm up in a box in his den.
