Kieran O'Brien (b. 1973) is a British actor who began as a juvenile performer and played Matt Banting in The Jim Henson Hour episode "Monster Maker." He later played Actor in the Creature Shop-effects TV movie Jason and the Argonauts.
O'Brien's early credits include the 1987 film Bellman and True (as the hero's son) and the 1988 children's serial Gruey and its 1989 sequel. In addition to appearances on Coronation Street and Casualty, he was a regular on Cracker (with Robbie Coltrane) as Fitz's often surly teenage son, and went on to appear on Band of Brothers (with Michael Fassbender) and in the films 24 Hour Party People (with Andy Serkis) and Goal! The Dream Begins and its sequel. O'Brien played PC Robert Clifton for the first season and a half of the Holby City spin-off Holby Blue.
