Kevin Michael Richardson (b. 1964) is a popular voice-over artist. He performed the voice of Henry in the 2002 Disney/Jim Henson's Creature Shop movie The Country Bears. He also voiced Fozzie Bear in a Family Guy episode featuring a segment where the Muppets have the wrong voices.
Richardson has also provided the voice of the Joker in the animated series The Batman, and provided voice work for video game adaptations of Law and Order, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, and Star Wars.
Currently he is the voice of Cleveland Brown Jr. on The Cleveland Show.
