Kevin Michael Richardson (b. 1964) is a popular voice-over artist. He performed the voice of Henry in the 2002 Disney/Jim Henson's Creature Shop movie The Country Bears.

Richardson has also provided the voice of the Joker in the animated series The Batman, provided voice work for video game adaptations of Law and Order, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, and Star Wars, and voice roles on the new Pound Puppies series on The Hub.

Currently he is the voice of Cleveland Brown Jr. on The Cleveland Show.
