Kenn Troum, also known as Ken Scott, is a stunt man and martial artist who served as the stunt suit double for Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also had a bit part as "Talkative Foot #2." In the sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, Troum took over as the main suit performer for Raphael.

Troum's other film credits include stunts and acting roles in various minor martial arts/action films, with such titles as Showdown, ''Sworn to Justice, and Shootfighter: Fight to the Death. He recently switched to directing, helming Adventures of Johnny Tao.
