Ken Diego is a director of various Sesame Street segments and specials, including a number of Elmo's World segments. He also directed the planetarium show, One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure. His other credits include serving as associate director for numerous concert specials such as Live By Request and the television version of the From the Top radio program.

In 2006, Diego won an Emmy for Outstanding Directing in a Children's Series, along with Victor Dinapoli, Lisa Simon, Jim Martin, Ted May, Emily Squires and Kevin Clash.
