"Keep on Smilin'" is sung by Oscar the Grouch and Glen Campbell on the 1981 album Sesame Country. Campbell explains that sometimes he's up and sometimes down, but the world is a better place when he ignores that and just smiles. Oscar sings in his turn the same thing, except that the world is a better place for him when he frowns.
