Kathy Fitzgerald is a stage actress who assumed the role of Alice Otter in the 2009 production of Goodspeed Opera House's production of Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas.

Fitzgerald's Broadway credits include the originating the role of Roz in Dolly Parton's musical adapation of 9 to 5, and also originating a multitude of roles in the debut of Mel Brooks' musical adaptation of The Producers, including Shirley Markowitz. Fitzgerald went on to reprise the role in the film adaptation, which included creature effects by Jim Henson's Creature Shop.
