Kae Araki (b. 1974) is a Japanese voice actress who voiced Red in フラグルロック, the Japanese dub of Fraggle Rock.

Araki's other voice credits include Chibiusa in Sailor Moon, Miaka Yūki in Fushigi Yūgi, Hikari Yagami in Digimon Adventure, and Felicia in Darkstalkers.
