Julianne McNamara (b. 1965) was the 1980 United States all-around champion, but did not compete in the Olympic games because of the boycott of the competition by the U.S.A.

She did represent the U.S.A. in the 1984 Olympics and won a gold medal.

She was interviewed by Kermit in Muppet Magazine issue 10.
