José

José is a marionette puppet built by Grover in Mexico. Grover shows him off in a Global Grover segment which features the children of Mexico who build puppets of this sort.
When another marionette appears to dance with Grover and José, Grover can't tell who is operating him. Instead of getting worked up over the mystery he gives in, asking, "why question the magic?"
