John Travolta (b. 1954) is an actor who began on Broadway, gained fame as Vinnie Barbarino on Welcome Back, Kotter, and became a movie star in Saturday Night Fever. He has been in musicals such as Grease (with Olivia Newton-John) and Hairspray (with Michelle Pfeiffer), dramas like Pulp Fiction (with Quentin Tarantino), and comedies such as Look Who's Talking (with the voice of Bruce Willis). He also provided the voice of the title character in Disney's 2008 film Bolt. Travolta has become one of Hollywood's biggest A-list stars.

Travolta contributed a "Lobster with Three Sauces" recipe for Miss Piggy's 1996 cookbook, In the Kitchen with Miss Piggy.
