Joey and Davey Monkey appeared on Sesame Street as early as a Season 23 episode, and continued to make recurring appearances through Season 29.

Joey and Davey are twin brothers. Their primary passion in life is the consumption of bananas. They frequently say the word "Bananas!" in unison.

Both Muppets are named after their performers.
