Joely Richardson (b. 1965) is a British actress and the daughter of noted film director Tony Richardson and Academy Award-winning actress Vanessa Redgrave. She played the princess in The StoryTeller episode "The Three Ravens," and subsequently starred in two films with effects by Jim Henson's Creature Shop, Loch Ness (as Laura) and 101 Dalmatians (as Anita).
Richardson made her film debut as a child extra in her father's 1968 film The Charge of the Light Brigade. Later films included King Ralph (with John Goodman and Peter O'Toole), Hollow Reed, Maybe Baby (with Hugh Laurie), and The Patriot (with Mel Gibson). In television, she played Julia McNamara on Nip/Tuck and guest starred on Poirot.
