Joe Selph was a puppeteer who worked on the 1994 Creature Shop film The Flintstones. He also performed background characters on Muppets Tonight, Muppet Classic Theater, and Elmopalooza!.

His non-Muppet career includes live shows and TV appearances, mainly building/performing puppets for commercials and appearances on TV specials in the Santa Monica/Los Angeles area with performing partner Rene Zendejas.
