Joe Pesci (b. 1943) is a character actor best known for his "tough guy" roles in such films as Casino and Goodfellas.
In 1994 he appeared on Sesame Street All-Star 25th Birthday: Stars and Street Forever! as Ronald Grump, a parody of Donald Trump.
According to amateurly filmed YouTube videos, Pesci spat on Elmo while in between takes, hit him in the face with rolled-up blueprints (prop) and called Benny Rabbit profane names. He also refused to work while kids were in the studio.
