Joan Collins (b. 1933) in an English born actress and author, best remembered for playing Alexis on Dynasty.
Collins played Pearl Slaghoople in the 2000 film The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas featuring effects by Jim Henson's Creature Shop.
A favorite of producers for guest roles, she has appeared as a guest star on The Love Boat, Star Trek, Batman, Mission: Impossible, the Soap opera Guiding Light, Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, and The Nanny.
Besides the Flinstones, film credits include Annie: A Royal Adventure!, The Road to Hong Kong (with Bob Hope), and These Old Broads (with Elizabeth Taylor).
