Jimmy is a young Anything Muppet boy who appears in the Sesame Street song "Things Are Always Changin'."

In the segment, Jimmy's unhappy that he and his family are moving tomorrow, wanting things to stay just as they are. His parents try to assure him that everything will be fine. As soon as they say their goodnights and close the door, Hoots the Owl appears at Jimmy's window (miscalling him "Bucky") and cheers him up with a song about embracing new changes.
