Jiffy is an old turtle that appears in a 1987 episode of Sesame Street. Being a turtle, it takes him a very, very long time for him to accomplish simple tasks due to his innability to decide or speak quickly. For example, when ordering breakfast at Hooper's Store, it takes him and David about five minutes to prepare a bowl of cereal because he can't figure out what kind of flakes (corn or wheat) he wants or the type of fruit mixed in it.

Jiffy is made from the same puppet as Shelley the Turtle and Seymour.
