Jerry Seinfeld (b. 1954) rose to fame first as a stand up comic, then from his hit sitcom Seinfeld. He was spoofed on Muppets Tonight as Baby Jerry in the Seinfeld Babies skit.

On November 21, 2011, Jason Segel and Miss Piggy appeared on Live! to talk about The Muppets with host Kelly Ripa and guest host Jerry Seinfeld.
