Jennifer Connelly (b. 1970) played Sarah in Labyrinth. She has since gone on to a successful career acting in films like The Rocketeer, Pollock, Hulk, Requiem for a Dream and A Beautiful Mind (for which she won a Best Supporting Actress Academy Award).
