Jeff McCracken is an actor, director and producer who served as producer of Dinosaurs.

McCracken began his career as a stage actor, working both on and off-Broadway. In the 1980s, he appeared in several TV shows and TV-movies, including guest roles on St. Elsewhere and thirtysomething. He began producing and directing in the 1990s.

Beyond his role as a producer on Dinosaurs, he also directed four episodes -- "We Are Not Alone", "Driving Miss Ethyl", "Terrible Twos" and "Variations on a Theme Park".

After Dinosaurs, McCracken went on to produce and direct the series Boy Meets World, and also directed episodes of NYPD Blue, Zoe, Duncan, Jack and Jane, and Still Standing.
