Jean Chandler is an illustrator who provided illustrations for two 1980 Sesame Street books -- Don't Forget the Oatmeal! and Molly Moves to Sesame Street.

Chandler has illustrated many sequels to the Little Golden Books classic The Poky Little Puppy, including The Poky Little Puppy's Counting Book (1980), The Poky Little Puppy's Wonderful Winter Day (1982), The Poky Little Puppy and the Patchwork Blanket (1983), The Poky Little Puppy and the Lost Bone (1985), The Poky Little Puppy's Naughty Day (1985), The Poky Little Puppy's Day at the Fair (1990), The Poky Little Puppy's First Christmas (1993) and The Poky Little Puppy's Book of Colors (1995).

Her recent work includes a 2003 Bob the Builder coloring book, Scoop's In Charge.
