Jason and the Argonauts is a TV movie, retelling the Greek tale of Jason and his companions. The production was broadcast over NBC in two parts, on May 7 and 8, 2000. Jim Henson's Creature Shop supplied two digital harpies, appearing in the second half. The production earned the Creature Shop artists an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Special Visual Effects for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special.
