Jason Schwartzman (b. 1980) is an actor and musician, best known for his roles in the feature film Rushmore and HBO series Bored to Death. He appears in a Season 42 2011 episode of Sesame Street, in a segment spoofing Iron Chef. He previously made an uncredited cameo in the Creature Shop-effects film The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy as Gag Halfrunt.

Schwartzman's film credits include I Heart Huckabees (with Lily Tomlin and Dustin Hoffman), Shopgirl (with Steve Martin) and the animated feature Fantastic Mr. Fox. He was a drummer for the rock band Phantom Planet and currently performs with the band Coconut Records.
