Jane Asher (b. 1946) is a British actress from England who played Mrs. Liddell in the Creature Shop film Dreamchild. Beginning her career as a child actress, Asher appeared in such films as The Quatermass Experiment, Mandy, and the Disney version of The Prince and the Pauper, plus the TV series The Adventures of Robin Hood.
Later film work included Alfie (as one of Michael Caine's many girls), Deep End, and the 2007 Frank Oz comedy Death at a Funeral (as Sandra). TV guest spots include work on '"Rumpole of the Bailey, crossroads, and Marple.
