Jacques Ebner (1935 - 1999) was a French voice actor who dubbed Kermit the Frog on 1, Rue Sésame, Pa Gorg and Cantus the Minstrel in the French co-production of Fraggle Rock, and Dog and episodic characters in Monstres et Merveilles (The StoryTeller).

A performer in French TV and films, Ebner also appeared on Broadway in 1965, in the cosmopolitan musical La Grosse Valise. His dub credits include Dr. Watson in the Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes series, Michael McKean in Clue, and John Hillerman on Magnum, P.I., as well as cartoon characters like Captain Simian in Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys.
