"It's Funny" is a song about laughter performed by a guitarist joined by other laughing Anything Muppets. At the song's end, he asks the hysterically laughing crowd why they're laughing and is told he "had to be there".
It was later performed by Polly Darton, with audience cameos from Humphrey, Ingrid, Herry Monster, Elmo, Zoe, Rosita, Biff, Betty Lou, Baby Bear, Hoots, Slimey, Snuffy and Joey and Davey Monkey, who all laugh in participation with the song.
