The Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum is a military and marine history museum in New York City, opened in 1982.
In 2012, it hosted the launch of "Little Children, Big Challenges", the public face of Sesame Workshop's Resilience Initiative. The launch event included Matt Rogers, Roscoe Orman as Gordon, Elmo and Rosita.
During Kids Week 2011, February 21 was Puppet Day. Among the highlights were a sing-along with Roscoe Orman and John Tartaglia's Imagine Ocean the Musical.[1] Kids Week 2012 included an appearance of Sesame Street Live characters.[2]
