Inside Pepe's Studio is a 20-minute documentary on the making of It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie included on the DVD release. The featurette is hosted by Pepe the King Prawn, along with Kirk Thatcher, in a parody of James Lipton's Inside the Actors Studio. The featurette includes behind the scenes footage from the set, the table read, and the recording sessions; it also includes interviews with the cast, crew, and Muppets.

An additional featurette, also branded as "Inside Pepe's Studio," showcases the film's deleted scenes with an introduction from Pepe and Thatcher.
