CabinInTheWoods

"In a Cabin in the Woods" is a song about a rabbit running to a cabin in the woods in order to hide from an angry farmer, after eating the farmer's lettuce.

This song was performed in two different made-for-video Henson productions from 1988, and both productions featuring this song involved using hands to form symbols of things from the song.

One of these productions featuring the song was Sing-Along, Dance-Along, Do-Along, where it was sung by Rowlf. In this version of the song, P.J. portrays a rabbit running from Farmer Lear and seeking shelter in a cabin owned by Luncheon Counter Monster. This clip also appears in It's Not Easy Being Green.

A variant of the song was also sung in Big Bird's Favorite Party Games, led by Bob. Here, they repeated the song many times, but everyone left the first couple of lines silent while still signing the motions, leaving out more lines as the song went on. By the end, the song was completely signed, with the melody being played instrumentally. The song was also performed on Sesame Street by the cast in Episode 2271.
