Ian Allen is a British puppeteer who served as an additional puppeteer on The Muppet Christmas Carol.
In 1971, Allen and John Thirtle formed Playboard Puppets and created the series Button Moon and The Spooks of Bottle Bay.
His TV credits include Rainbow and Mo & Hedge.
