Grover (performed by Frank Oz) wanders into frame, looking for his friends to tell them something. He finds the viewer and tells them he's had an epiphany ("I do not know what epiphany means, but I believe I have just had one."): he has realized he is special and sings about it. He also sings about how the viewer is special too and rushes off to tell everyone so.
