The song, originally recorded in 1982, was made into an insert for Season 26. In the segment, Oscar sings the song on a stormy day in the park, eventually backed by a Grouch choir (including Grundgetta). Various characters (including Elmo, Telly, Rosita, a Honker, Benny Rabbit, Grover, Cookie Monster and Zoe) make cameos, being blown away in the storm.
