Katie Couric and the EIF present Hollywood Meets Motown was a celebrity-filled live event held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York on March 15, 2006. The event was to raise awareness and funds for colon cancer. Elmo (Kevin Clash) of Sesame Street was one of the celebrities in attendance.

Elmo, along with a group of Sesame Street Monsters, performed a Motown musical number complete with afros.
