Holilday Haunt is a Muppet comic story that appeared in the 1980 book Muppet Madness. The story follows Kermit and company as they are forced to make detour on their vacation and stay at a haunted hotel. Instead of being spooked by the ghosts and ghouls, however, the Muppets (with monsters Sweetums and Thog in tow) are either oblivious to their hosts or end up scaring them instead. Eventually, the monster residents of the "swell little cottage" end up abandoning their home, leaving the Muppets to spend the rest of their holiday there alone.
Muppet characters, in order of appearance: Sweetums, Thog, Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Camilla, Scooter, Sam the Eagle, Annie Sue, Rowlf, Link Hogthrob, Lew Zealand, and Robin.
