Het Beste uit Sesamstraat 1 (The Best from Sesamstraat 1) is a 1987 soundtrack album for Sesamstraat, the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street. The album, produced by Weton-Wesgram, features the 24 best songs from previous Sesamstraat albums. The album was released on LP, cassette and CD; the CD version had four extra tracks.

The album was reissued in 1995.

• All tracks are dubbed versions of American songs. They were previously released on either Vind Je Me Aardig? or Verloor M'n Koekie in de Disco.

• This was one of the first Sesamstraat CD releases. It was followed by a second album (featuring the best of the Dutch cast) and a third album (featuring mostly songs by Bert and Ernie).
