Henrietta is a chicken seen in Gina's veterinary office in Sesame Street episode 4127. She's had a cough she can't seem to get rid of until Oscar shows up with his dog, Cranky. The rottendoodle assesses Henrietta's situation, and lets out a yelp, scaring the feathers out of the chicken's throat, and curing her condition. Henrietta leaves, a happy customer, clucking away.

On April 1, 2010, Big Bird tweeted:

  My friend, Henrietta the Chicken, is reading a book called “Great Eggspectations”. It’s by a famous author, Charles Chickens. [1]  

One of the four chickens in Episode 4215 is identified as Henrietta.
