Helping Hand is sung by Mokey and Gobo in the Fraggle Rock episode "New Trash Heap in Town." Gobo offers to help Mokey convince the Fraggles to think for themselves again, instead of looking to Mokey (as the new Trash Heap) to solve all their problems. Touched by Gobo's helpfulness, Mokey begins to sing this song.
