"He'll Make Me Happy" is an original song written for The Muppets Take Manhattan.

Kermit and Miss Piggy sing the duet as they walk down the aisle during the wedding sequence in the Manhattan Melodies finale.

Lyrics sung by singing food that don't appear in the final version of the song include "lettuce wish them joy and hope, it's a shame they cantaloupe." The "lost" lyrics appear in the comic book adaptation of the movie, and were even rehearsed by the performers as seen in The Making of The Muppets Take Manhattan.
