Harald Mæle (b. 1944) is a Norwegian voice actor who voiced Junior Gorg, Philo and Large Marvin on Fragglene (the Norwegian dub of Fraggle Rock, where he also served as translator). For the co-production Sesam Stasjon, he dubbed Bert, Cookie Monster and Grover, and for En Muppet Julefortelling, the Norwegian dub of A Muppet Christmas Carol, he voiced Robin the Frog, Sam the Eagle, Animal, Bean Bunny, The Ghost of Christmas Present and a large number of background characters.
Mæle became famous as a TV presenter in the 1970s on NRK. He now works as a voice actor, translating and directing various dubbing projects. His voice credits include Mr. Soil in A Bug's Life, Bagheera in The Jungle Book, Merlin in The Sword in the Stone, Uncle Scrooge in Ducktales, Splinter in the 2007 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, and Bugs Bunny in various Looney Tunes dubs. His credits as a dubbing director include 102 Dalmatians, Beauty and the Beast and Monsters, Inc.
