Happy Harmony Celebration is a parade at Universal Studios Japan featuring floats based on Hello Kitty, Peanuts, Shrek and Sesame Street. Each float apppears in separate locations at different times.
Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Elmo, Zoe, Cookie Monster, Grover and The Count are seen in the Sesame Street float. Oscar the Grouch, along with the other characters mentioned, is seen on the float decoration(even the dancers are wearing outfits showing the Sesame characters' signatures, including his), but doesn't appear.
