Happy Harmony Celebration is a parade at Universal Studios Japan featuring floats based on Hello Kitty, Peanuts, Shrek and Sesame Street. Each float apppears in separate locations at different times.

Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Elmo, Zoe, Cookie Monster, Grover and The Count are seen in the Sesame Street float (the same walkarounds seen at the Sesame Place theme parks, the Sesame Street Live touring shows, and throughout the park). Oscar the Grouch, along with the aforementioned characters, is seen on the float decoration (even the dancers are wearing outfits depicting the Sesame characters' signatures, including his), but doesn't appear as a walk-around.
