Haley Joel Osment (b. 1988) is an Academy Award-nominated American actor who starred in Forrest Gump, The Sixth Sense, Steven Spielberg's A.I. and Secondhand Lions.

In Forrest Gump, Osment's character Forrest Jr. is shown watching an Ernie and Bert sketch from Sesame Street. When his father (played by Tom Hanks) goes to join him in front of the TV asking what he is watching, Forrest Jr. simply replies "Bert and Ernie".

In 2002, Osment played the voice of Beary Barrington in Disney and Jim Henson's Creature Shop's The Country Bears.
