H. Ross Parrot was a character on Sesame Street (remade from the Poco Loco puppet) who spoofed the Reform Party presidential candidate H. Ross Perot. He first appeared in the spring of 1993, telling viewers: "Now what we got here is a great big alphabet. It's just sitting here and nobody's saying it. That's a shame. So let's say the alphabet together, because together we can do it." In a later episode, he tried to cheer up a sad Wolfgang the Seal.
