Héctor Lera is a Spanish voice actor and musician who dubbed Pop on El Oso de la Casa Azul (the Castilian Spanish dub of Bear in the Big Blue House).
Lera is the Castilian voice of Donald Duck in nearly every project since the 1990s and was also the speaking and singing voice of Hallelujah H. Jones in the Rankin/Bass special The Easter Bunny Is Coming to Town. He is also a guitarist and singer who has recorded several albums, as a soloist and as the lead member of the band Doble R.
